What products are eligible for returns?

 

Products are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. within 10 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, with the sales receipt. Exclusions apply, please note:

  • Merchandise under $10,000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 10 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise $10,000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 10 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for purchases above $10,000.

  • Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and pouches.​​​

  • Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase and accompanied by the warranty card.

  • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

 

How do I return an online purchase?

 

Goldstone Jewelers LLC. offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

  • Simply visit this page to print a return label. Complete and enclose the return slip in your package and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup.

  • Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you.

 

What will my refund look like?

 

For online/phone purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply. Gift recipients are only entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only on www.goldstonejeweler.com or at Goldstone Jewelers LLC  U.S. location, or through our client advisors.

 

For in-store purchases:  Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issue of that credit card shall also apply. Refunds for purchases by  Cash purchases over $200 will be refunded by mail check. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only at Goldstone Jewelers store or at www.goldstonejeweler.com
